Digital Journal Download

Due to the digital nature of this product, refunds are not available once you have received your journal access link and setup instructions. Please ensure this product meets your needs before purchasing.

QR Kit

If you're not satisfied with your QR Kit, you may return the physical items (wallet card, stickers, keyring) within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@carehen.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the items arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your QR Kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@carehen.com. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned items. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
