How Care Hen Works

Care Hen makes it simple to coordinate care between multiple people. Here's how it works:

1. Get Your Care Journal

Choose either the Digital Journal Download or the QR Kit. Both give you the same private digital care journal - the QR Kit just adds physical items with QR codes for easy access.

2. Set Up Your Journal

After purchase, you'll receive a unique link to your private care journal. Add essential information like the care subject's name, key care needs, routine notes, and emergency contacts. This takes just a few minutes.

3. Share Access

Share your unique journal link with family members, carers, or support staff. Anyone with the link can view essential care information. To add notes, users authenticate by email for security.

4. Record Care Notes

Add simple, practical updates throughout the day - things like sleep patterns, mood, meals, or activities. Notes can be as brief or detailed as you need. You can also add photos for extra context.

5. Stay Connected

Everyone with access can see updates in chronological order, making handovers between carers clear and stress-free. You control notification settings and can choose who receives email updates.
